Digi-Flex LITE

The CanDo Digi-Flex LITE develops isolated finger strength, flexibility and coordination as it builds hand and forearm strength. This design in particular was developed to strengthen the muscles to play guitar! Each finger button can individually lock for more targeted functionality. Each button has a single spring that is covered by a plastic sheath for comfort. Use each button independently to exercise fingers or compress all four for complete hand and forearm strengthening.
