International Shipping

Order Fulfillment

  • Fulfillment Schedule: We fulfill orders from Tuesday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays, Mondays, or holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Direct Shipments & Made-to-Order Products: Some products may ship directly from the manufacturer or are made to order. Fulfillment for these items may take up to 14 days or more, as noted on the product page.

Estimated Delivery Date

  • Domestic Orders: For orders within the United States, the estimated delivery date is typically within 3 to 7 business days after the order has been fulfilled. The exact delivery date will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen.
  • International Orders: For international orders, the estimated delivery date is typically within 7 to 21 business days after the order has been fulfilled. However, customs processing times can add additional delays, which are beyond our control.

Expedited Shipping

  • Expedited Options: We offer expedited shipping options for customers who need their orders faster. The availability and cost of expedited shipping will vary depending on your location and the items ordered.
  • How to Expedite: If you would like to expedite your order, please select the expedited shipping option at checkout. Changing Your Shipping Address

  • Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Contact us directly by calling 360-915-9457, Tuesday - Sunday, between 11am and 6pm Pacific Time or by emailing information@sensorytoolhouse.com. We will do our best to update your address before the order is shipped. We work hard to ship orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible.
  • Timing: Address changes can only be made if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address.
  • International Orders: For international orders, please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. Address changes for international shipments can be more challenging and may result in delays or additional fees.

Cancelling Your Order

  • Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at 360-915-9457, Tuesday - Sunday, between 11am and 6pm Pacific Time or by emailing information@sensorytoolhouse.com. We will make every effort to cancel your order before it is processed for shipping.
  • Timing: Cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet been fulfilled. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it, and you will need to follow our return process.
  • Refunds: If your order is successfully cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with tracking information. Please note that we have no control over the shipment once it has been handed off to the shipping carrier.
  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will require photos of the damaged packaging and product to file a claim with the shipping company. We will work with you to replace any damaged items as quickly as possible.
