How to Heat Warmies

1. Remove all tags.
2. Make sure Warmies are clean and dry.
3. Ensure microwave is clean and turntable can rotate freely. 
4. Place Warmies in Microwave and follow heating times.
   1. 90 seconds for 600w-800w
   2. 60 seconds for 850w-1000w

How to Chill Warmies

1. Put Warmies in a clean grip-seal freezer bag.
2. Place Warmies in freezer for 2-3 hours.
3. Remove from freezer.
