This course begins with discussing neurodiversity and what it means to be neurodivergent or neurotypical. Participants will learn about eight sensory systems and how we process our environment whether we are neurodivergent or neurotypical.

With a basic understanding of sensory systems, we can begin to understand and support our workforce and those we serve.

This course also touches on the barriers that are presented in accessing gainful employment, support services, and other.
