Introduction
Sensory Tool House, LLC is committed to giving back to our community and supporting causes that align with our values and mission. As a young and small business, we recognize the importance of planning our charitable contributions in advance to ensure they align with our budgetary constraints. We wish that we could, but unfortunately we are not able to honor all requests at this time.
Donation Request Eligibility
Sensory Tool House, LLC welcomes donation requests from organizations and individuals that share our commitment to making a positive impact on our community. To be eligible for consideration, the donation request must be submitted at least three (3) months ahead of the anticipated donation need to allow for proper planning within our budgetary constraints.
We accept requests from non-profit organizations and schools.
Donation Request Submission
To request a donation from Sensory Tool House, LLC, please complete the Donation Request Form, which can be found here. The form will require the following information:
- Name of the requesting organization or individual.
- Contact information (name, email, phone number).
- Detailed description of the event, cause, or purpose for which the donation is requested.
- Date of the event or date when the donation is needed.
- The specific amount or type of donation requested (in-kind or monetary).
- Type of Donation
Please specify whether you are seeking an in-kind or monetary donation.
*In-kind donations are products or services provided by Sensory Tool House, LLC to support your cause or event.
*Monetary donations are financial contributions made by Sensory Tool House, LLC to support your cause or event.
Review and Approval Process
All donation requests submitted to Sensory Tool House, LLC will be reviewed by our donation committee. The committee will consider the alignment of the request with our values and mission, as well as our budgetary constraints and availability of resources.
Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee approval, and we may not be able to fulfill all requests due to limitations on our resources. Our donation committee will make every effort to provide a timely response to all donation requests.

This Donation Request Policy is effective as of 09/25/2023 and supersedes any previous policies or guidelines related to donation requests.
