Lindsay Braman is a mental health illustrator who developed a version of the Feelings Wheel that includes C-PTSD Symptoms.

This sticker is an adaptation of the “feelings wheel” that many therapists and educators use to help people learn to better recognize and name their emotions. This wheel is adapted to include common C-PTSD symptoms.
