DDA and DSHS QUOTE REQUESTS

We strive to make tools as accessible as possible for our community members. To do so, we have contracted with the State of Washington. We hold two contracts:

  • Specialized Goods and Services

  • Assistive Technology

Per state contract guidelines, fulfillment is limited to only items that Sensory Tool House, LLC carries.

Please submit all quote requests to purchasing@sensorytoolhouse.com with the subject line as Quote Request.

  • Subject Line: Quote Request

  • You may include product links, titles or create a wish list and provide the information to access the wish list.

  • Include sizes, colors, or other details for an accurate quote.

  • Include secondary color choice, if possible, should a color not be available at the time of approval.

  • We do not fulfill items sold by Fun and Function under these WA State contracts.

  • Please allow 3 business days for a response due to the volume of quote requests.
