Need extra weight in your weighted vest or jacket? These removable weights tuck neatly into the interior pockets of our vests and jackets. The quilted weights are a bit larger, just right as weights for jackets or as extra weight for your Sloth Heavy Hugger or backpack. The quilted effect keeps the weights slim for a smooth look when they're in your pockets. Adding weights provides steady proprioceptive input to help kids focus and regulate in sensory overloaded situations.

Getting Started
Weights are easy to position in pockets inside the vest or jacket and can be added or removed. Learn about the calming benefits of weights and compression.
Use with adult guidance . Never use to cover face or restrict child's movement. User should be able to remove weighted clothing without help. Follow the age and weight guidelines stated on the product insert. Do not allow user to sleep with weighted clothing. Use weighted products with guidance from a therapist. Weights should be carefully and gradually adjusted for each person's needs (10% of total body weight is a common standard. The total should never exceed 10-15% of total body weight).
