Refund policy
Our mission is to support our community’s sensory needs. Sensory Tool House, LLC is proud to offer a hands-on shopping experience that allows our customers to interact with products before making a purchase. In doing so, we hope our customers can find items that best support their needs. However, we do understand that may change upon use at home. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Sensory Tool House, LLC, will accept returns within 30 days with the following conditions:
Full Refund/Exchange
Item returned within 30 days of purchase with receipt.
Items must be in/with their original packaging and in new condition with all original components (pumps, parts, manufacture provide literature, etc.).
We do not accept exchanges or refunds on oral motor tools.
Discounted/clearance items are a final sale and unable to be returned or exchanged.
Returns with receipt will be refunded or exchanged in the same tender as the original purchase.
Store Credit
Items returned without a receipt, with original packaging and in new condition will be exchanged or refunded with store credit.
We do not accept exchanges or refunds on oral motor tools.
Discounted/clearance items are a final sale and unable to be returned or exchanged.
Exceptions
- We do not accept returns on Oral Motor items.
- We do not accept returns on undergarments, unless unused and sealed in the original packaging
- Items used and damaged due to use outside of the manufacture’s recommendations are not the responsibility of Sensory Tool House, LLC. Please follow the manufacturer’s recommendations regarding weight capacity, set-up, and use. STH (Sensory Tool House) product specialists can help you find the right tool for your needs.
- Squishy substance filled squeeze items can and will burst. We will not accept returns/exchanges on these items for bursting from over-squeezing/picking. Please talk with one of our product specialists about which items are best for those who have a strong squeeze and or pulling need. We have some great alternatives.
- Sensory Tool House, LLC is not responsible for lost parts of an item after purchase.
Defective/Broken Item
If you have purchased a defective item, please contact the manufacturer of the product for support. Each manufacturer/brand has their own guarantees and warranties that back their products. For instance, if you have purchased an inflatable item that no longer holds air and has only been used, as defined by the product's weight capacity and usage, contact the manufacturer. If you have lost a piece or need a replacement part, manufacturers/brands are often accommodating.

ON-LINE Purchases
Sensory Tool House, LLC offers a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date if you are not satisfied with your purchase. A refund or exchange will be initiated upon return of your item in its original packaging/condition and with a printed invoice/receipt from purchase. To initiate a return/exchange please call 360-915-9457 or email information@sensorytoolhouse.com.
- We do not accept returns on Oral Motor items, except for an online purchase made in error. The item must be sealed in the original packaging and unused.
- All item(s) must be returned in the original packaging and in new condition. Please include your printed invoice, receipt, or packing slip.
- Rarely items can get damaged in shipping. If this happens, please contact our staff by email or phone. We will issue a shipping label for you to return the item for replacement.
- We can only pay for return shipping when a mistake is made in error by STH or the item(s) are not considered oversized freight. Oversized freight includes but is not limited to swing sets and heavy items over 25lbs.
