Working at Sensory Tool House, LLC is a fun and rewarding experience. Most of our staff start working on our sales floor with our community. We believe that our community facing staff are the foundation of who we are. They are who create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space for all.

Our customer service staff is not your average retail staff. Not only do you gain the skills in everyday retail work, but you also become a subject matter expert, trained to help the community navigate their sensory support needs.

Aside from retail work our staff goes out in the community and works events to further support access for those who are neurodivergent.
