Weighted Blankets

Weighted blankets have wonderful benefits by giving proprioceptive input. They can help with relieving anxiety and stress, by increasing the body's ability to produce serotonin. Often weighted blankets can reduce the fight or flight feeling. Weighted blankets can also increase the quality of sleep for many.

What size weighted blanket is best for you. Industry standard is 10% of a person's body weight. For a 120-pound person, typically 12lbs is the proper weight.
